How to enter the test scope
Step 1 — Apply & Enrol

UAT Expectation — Cases Impacted by External Sources
Known blockers outside Ella's control
Emails Not Received — Company Security Restriction
Promotional / mass emails are locked on the company server and never displayed. Microsoft's anti-spam filters or the company Exchange server flag the incoming traffic as bulk or low-reputation spam.
External Source — Highlight
"If your company Outlook account is not receiving promotional or mass emails from a service like 'Osmetime', it is likely because Microsoft's anti-spam filters or your company's Exchange server flagged the incoming traffic as bulk or low-reputation spam."
How to Fix or Check the Block
- Check the Junk Email folder — log into Outlook on the web; if the email is there, right-click it and select Mark as not junk.
- Review Blocked Senders — Settings > Mail > Junk email; ensure the sender's address or domain is not under Blocked senders and domains.
- Add to Safe Senders — in the same Junk Email settings, add the domain to Safe senders and domains.
- Contact your Email Administrator — corporate firewalls or tenant-level anti-spam policies may block external promotional domains entirely; IT can run a message trace to see whether emails were rejected or quarantined.
Calls Dropped — PH Virtual Voice Environment
Calls are dropped automatically due to infrastructure bottlenecks and network migration in the Philippines, as confirmed by regulators and industry tracking (NTC, Ookla).
External Source — Highlight
"While internet speeds have improved, traditional voice reliability remains a major challenge." — National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) & Ookla
1. Looming 3G Network Shutdown
The NTC mandates full decommissioning of legacy 3G services by 31 December 2026. As telcos shift spectrum to 4G/5G, users on older 3G devices and SIMs suffer immediate dropped calls and dead zones.
2. Slow VoLTE Migration
The Philippines has only ~30.9% VoLTE penetration vs Malaysia (96.1%) and Singapore (94.9%). Nearly 70% of mobile users rely on non-VoLTE systems, so calls struggle on shrinking legacy voice bandwidth.

Advice for a Successful UAT
Avoid external circumstances before testing
Restart the FB Chatbot
Before enrolling in a job, the Facebook chatbot needs to be restarted.
Use a Personal Email
Avoid company Outlook accounts — corporate security blocks mass/promotional email.
Use a Consistent Phone Number
Keep one consistent phone number across all enrolments and reminder flows.
